Hey there! Hope all is well. Today let’s hang out and take a glance at these beauties I snagged on Amazon. I cannot seem to stay off of that website! I’m terrible, I know! I visit the site often looking for EVERYTHING, especially clothing! One random day I decided I wanted to add a few pieces to my closet, so I pulled up Amazon.com. Typically, I will just type in an idea of what I’m looking for and a plethora of options will pop up. For this bright and beautiful green-hued GRACE KARIN dress, I typed in women’s dresses. That simple. Many options came up, but this one stood out to me. That green was POPPIN’!
This is one of those dresses that you can wear to many different places/events. If you prefer to be more conservative and wear it to work or church, you can easily toss on a boyfriend blazer or long vest or cardigan. The Lightweight Duster Cardigan I layered this with is so cute and comfy. Oh and the pockets, always a winner with me!
You could also rock the dress by itself to a wedding or for dinner with your significant other if you’re going with a simple, yet chic and sexy look.
Although it’s a bodycon dress, it still has a somewhat loose fit in certain areas, but it does hug just a tad bit in the hips and mid section. Since I do have a little bulge in both areas, for anyone that has a similar build or more body and curves, I would definitely suggest a body shaper for underneath. If not, just know your flaws and extra business will show through this material.
I paired this dress with a pair of tassel earrings from the 42 pair tassel earrings set also on Amazon. It is the cutest set of earrings with many different options to choose from. It includes several colors and different styles of tassel earrings, studs, acrylic earrings, and hoops. It’s costume jewelry so of course they are not high quality, but for the amount of earrings that you have to choose from, I’d say it’s a pretty good deal.
Around the same time I was searching for the dress, I was also looking for some low and comfy heels without compromising style. As life has progressed for me, my lower extremities don’t always agree with the super high heels. Also, when I volunteer for my church, I stand and walk a lot, so comfort is extremely important. This particular pair seemed like they would be perfect, so I crossed my fingers and placed my order for the DREAM PAIRS women’s low pointed low heel dress pump shoes. Initially when I tried them I wasn’t sure if I’d make a return because there seemed to be a little too much space around the top of the foot. However, I figured with an insole they would fit just fine. When I noticed a little green color in the floral print, I knew that I would style these with the dress. Not to mention once I decided to keep the shoes, it dawned on me that I had a clutch with a very similar floral pattern. Talk about being excited! Just like that, I’d created an entire dressy look from Amazon.
