I share my experiences, but I’m still trying to figure it out!

Experienced, but Still Learning

Hey there! Hope all is well. Today, let’s hang out for a brief moment while I become a bit more transparent with you. I’ve been doing this wifey-mommy thing for quite some time, but I still have moments of despair. Sometimes, the very thing I’m blogging about, I’m still trying to figure out! I don’t write because I have it all together. I write to share my experiences. I write to share my story. I write and hope that my journey will help encourage you through yours.

Having Someone That Understands is Helpful

Often, we feel all alone with the situations we are dealing with. In most cases, that’s because no one wants to share their issues publicly. There are times when hearing that someone else has the same experience can be encouraging.

While knowing another person is going through the same thing does not eliminate your problem, it does lighten the burden just a little bit. As I stated in a previous post, While misery does love company, some of our pain just appreciates understanding. Check it out when you get a moment!

I say all of that to say this. Please don’t be confused by my choice to share my feelings. Unfortunately, I don’t write as an expert but rather to uplift. If you want to hear from someone that’s got it all figured out, I’d suggest you pick up one of those #1 Best Selling Authors’ books. Honestly, they probably have a little struggle going on behind the scenes too, but hopefully, they can get you a lot further along than I can.

Is there something you’ve experienced and now use what you’ve learned or are still learning to assist others?

Until next time, I’ll leave you with this. Be careful about assuming someone has it all together because of a blog post, fire caption, or photo posted on social media. As the Bible states, “God is no respecter of persons.” Simply put, that means we all go through something. Money, fame, beauty, nor being sexy won’t stop it. It’s life, and we can’t change it. However, we can try to find the silver lining, and if nothing else, use our experiences to help one another! If you’re not already doing so, I challenge you to begin today! You don’t realize what a difference you can make in someone’s life by empathizing with them!

If you liked this post, please leave a comment below and then share it on your social media account(s). I would love to hear your feedback. Thanks again for Hanging With Lady B!

  1. True words! Life is not perfect. Some people choose to share the good part and leave out the ugly. When in reality, there are people who can relate and benefit from the experiences and life lessons you have garnered over the years. Keep writing! I enjoy reading your post 😊

    1. Exactly! I share my experiences to help others understand that none of us are perfect, but we can enjoy life and make it work if we’re willing to do the work and fight for it. Thanks so much for reading my post and sharing some feedback!
